Our website operates on domestic/international hosting, database, and web analytics service providers (hosting/server providers, Vercel Analytics) from which we receive technical infrastructure services. In this context, your data may be transferred to these technical service providers to the extent necessary for the service to be provided. Where a transfer abroad is involved, we act in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes unless legally required.
6. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it if it is being processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its deletion or destruction; request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result unfavorable to you arising solely from automated analysis of the processed data; and request compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing.
