Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the astoryum.com website and the Astor Crane Simulator (the “Simulator”) published on it. Anyone using the website or the Simulator is deemed to accept these terms.

2. Ownership

All content on the website and in the Simulator belongs to Astor Hidrolik: software and source code, 3D models, crane designs, images, videos, texts, load charts, logo and trademark. This content is protected by applicable law, in particular Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Industrial Property Law No. 6769. No rights are transferred to users except as expressly permitted in these terms.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Simulator free of charge, only on astoryum.com, to obtain information and evaluate Astor products. You may share screenshots taken from the Simulator for non-commercial purposes, without modifying them and with astoryum.com credited as the source.

4. Prohibited use

The following are prohibited without Astor Hidrolik's written permission:

• copying or reproducing the Simulator or its files, downloading and publishing them on another website, application or server, or embedding them in another page;
• decompiling, reverse engineering or modifying the Simulator's code, or circumventing protection measures such as the domain lock;
• using the 3D models, crane designs and dimensions in the Simulator for manufacturing, taking measurements or developing similar or competing products;
• removing or hiding copyright and trademark notices, the watermark or source information;
• selling, renting or otherwise using the Simulator or its content for any commercial purpose;
• extracting content or data from the website in bulk with automated tools.

5. Representative design

The cranes in the Simulator are representative models for presentation. To prevent our designs from being copied, the actual design, dimensions and manufacturing details of the cranes Astor Hidrolik builds are deliberately shown differently in the Simulator.

6. Information only and liability

Capacities in the Simulator are taken from the models' load charts and are for information only; boom positions and appearance are illustrative. For real lifting work, the crane's own load chart, its load moment control system and the judgement of a qualified operator apply. To the extent permitted by law, Astor Hidrolik is not liable for damages arising from work or decisions based on information in the Simulator.

7. Infringement

If these terms are breached, Astor Hidrolik will exercise all its legal rights, including stopping the infringement, removal of content and blocking of access, claims for material and moral damages, and criminal complaints.

8. Changes

Astor Hidrolik may update these terms. The current terms apply from the date they are published on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over disputes.
